This MetaTrader indicator can draw the price channel on the chart, as well as insert arrow signals when a trade could have started/ended. The arrows are basically drawn at peak points, such as higher-highs or lower-lows.

By its direction - going up or down - the channel indicator can also successfully indicate the trend. An uptrend means that the channel is rising, while a downtrend is given by a falling channel.
